MM8201 Features

The MM8201 is a simple, robust and reliable frequency reference for USB 1.0/2.0 interface ICs. Powered by Mobius Microsystems’ patented CMOS Harmonic Oscillator technology, the MM8201 replaces quartz crystals and crystal oscillators. The elimination of the quartz crystal improves reliability, offers form-factor enhancements, and lowers BOM count. The proprietary, monolithic CMOS architecture simplifies system design and reduces start-up latency. The MM8201 is offered at the commonly used 12, 24, 30 and 48MHz USB frequencies.
