	Ashok Dhawan - Chief Executive Officer Mr. Dhawan has over 25 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in a wide range of responsibilities. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Inphi Corporation of Westlake Village, CA. Joining that company several years after its formation, he transformed the R&D organization into a business-focused, analog and mixed signal fabless semiconductor company. Prior to Inphi, he launched and was President of the Broadband Division of Ascend Communications, an Internet access and broadband communication company, which was acquired by Lucent in 2000 for $20 billion in the largest acquisition of its kind to that time. Mr. Dhawan holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur, and an M.S.E.E. from the University of Washington.
	Michael S. McCorquodale, Ph.D. - Chief Technical Officer and Founder Dr. Michael S. McCorquodale is the CTO and founder of Mobius Microsystems. Mobius’ enabling technology is based on his dissertation work in self-referenced CMOS oscillators. He has published articles in over 20 refereed journals and conference proceedings, and he holds inventorship on over 20 issued and pending U.S. patents including foreign counterparts thereof. Dr. McCorquodale earned a B.S.E. with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.S.E. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, all in electrical engineering.
	Bhusan Gupta, Ph.D. - Vice President of Engineering Mr. Gupta is responsible for all engineering activities at Mobius Microsystems. Prior to joining Mobius, he served as Director of Engineering at W5 Networks, where he was responsible for IC and system development of W5's proprietary wireless system. Prior to helping start W5 Networks, he was the Director and Lab Manager for STMicroelectronics' lab in Berkeley, CA. He was responsible for research and development of next generation RF systems as well as CMOS sensors. He also cooperatively established research programs with select academic institutions. He has 15 patents and numerous articles in conferences, journals and industry publications. Dr Gupta earned his BSEE from University of California, Berkeley and his MSEE and PhD EE from the California Institute of Technology.
	R. Scott Hills - Vice President of Sales Mr. Hills has over 24 years' experience in Sales Management for semiconductor companies, most recently VP worldwide Sales at Semicoa. Prior to that, he held Sales Management positions at Dialog Semiconductor, IC Media, ARC International, Silicon Motion, and Cirrus Logic. In addition, Mr. Hills brings to Mobius a strong engineering and marketing background. Mr. Hills received a B.S.El from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
	Ed Armstrong - Vice President of Operations Before joining Mobius as vice president of operations, Mr. Armstrong served in that capacity at several successful semiconductor startups including Summit Microelectronics, Reflectivity, which was purchased by TI in 2006, and Arithmos, purchased by STMicroelectronics in 1999. Mr. Armstrong’s broad industry experience includes management roles in operations, process development, engineering and wafer fab management at Western Digital, Hughes Semiconductor and Intel. Mr. Armstrong holds a B.S. in Physics, as well as an M.S.E.E., and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. He has published 10 papers in manufacturing and technical journals, and holds 12 patents.
	William Skolout - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Skolout has over 20 years’ experience in finance and administration for technology-based companies, most recently as a partner at Tatum Partners, the largest and fastest-growing executive services and consulting firm in the U.S. He has held the Chief Financial Officer title at various firms for 18 years, including Unity Semiconductor, Taeus International, Cova Technologies, Heska Corporation, Cray Computer and Simtek Corporation. In addition to his extensive operational, accounting and corporate finance experience across a number of different industries, he has a record of raising funds through private equity placements; public equity through multiple IPO's, and asset based financing, as well as extensive experience in financial planning and reporting to management, Boards of Directors, research analysts and the SEC. He also has audit management experience with Big 4 accounting firms and various government contact audit agencies. Mr. Skolout received a B.S. in Business finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
