Ashok Dhawan - Chief Executive OfficerMr. Dhawan has over 25 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in a wide range of responsibilities. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Inphi Corporation of Westlake Village, CA. Joining that company several years after its formation, he transformed the R&D organization into a business-focused, analog and mixed signal fabless semiconductor company. Prior to Inphi, he launched and was President of the Broadband Division of Ascend Communications, an Internet access and broadband communication company, which was acquired by Lucent in 2000 for $20 billion in the largest acquisition of its kind to that time. Mr. Dhawan holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur, and an M.S.E.E. from the University of Washington.

Michael S. McCorquodale, Ph. D. - Chief Technical Officer and FounderDr. Michael S. McCorquodale is the CTO and founder of Mobius Microsystems. Mobius’ enabling technology is based on his dissertation work in self-referenced CMOS oscillators. He has published articles in over 20 refereed journals and conference proceedings, and he holds inventorship on over 20 issued and pending U.S. patents including foreign counterparts thereof. Dr. McCorquodale earned a B.S.E. with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.S.E. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, all in electrical engineering.

Tunc Cenger - Director of MarketingMr. Cenger is responsible for all marketing and business development activities at Mobius Microsystems. Prior to Mobius, he served as Business Manager for Mobile Audio Products at Maxim, where he was responsible for new product introductions, revenue growth and product line management. Prior to that, he held marketing and design engineering positions at Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Cenger brings to Mobius a strong engineering background and over 10 years’ experience in commercialization of new products and technologies. He has authored numerous technical articles and has one patent pending. He ranked 8th nationwide in the LES graduate studies exam in Turkey, and holds a B.S.E.E. with top honors in microelectronics from Istanbul Technical University. |

Shig Onoshi - Director of SalesMr. Onoshi has 30 years experience in operations and marketing/sales for semiconductor companies, most recently as Sr. Marketing Manager of Cypress Semiconductor, Timing Technologies Division. He was at IC Works as Regional Sales Manager for Japan and Korea until the company's acquisition by Cypress. Prior to IC Works, he was Director of Marketing and Sales at Seponix Corporation. In addition to 20 years of marketing and sales experience, he has also 10 years of operational manager experience in a number of companies. Mr. Onoshi received a B.S.E.E and a B.S. in International Marketing from San Jose State University. |

William Skolout - Chief Financial OfficerMr. Skolout has over 20 years’ experience in finance and administration for technology-based companies, most recently as a partner at Tatum Partners, the largest and fastest-growing executive services and consulting firm in the U.S. He has held the Chief Financial Officer title at various firms for 18 years, including Unity Semiconductor, Taeus International, Cova Technologies, Heska Corporation, Cray Computer and Simtek Corporation. In addition to his extensive operational, accounting and corporate finance experience across a number of different industries, he has a record of raising funds through private equity placements; public equity through multiple IPO's, and asset based financing, as well as extensive experience in financial planning and reporting to management, Boards of Directors, research analysts and the SEC. He also has audit management experience with Big 4 accounting firms and various government contact audit agencies. Mr. Skolout received a B.S. in Business finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
