Ashok Dhawan - Chief Executive OfficerMr. Dhawan has over 25 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry in a wide range of responsibilities. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Inphi Corporation of Westlake Village, CA. Joining that company several years after its formation, he transformed the R&D organization into a business-focused, analog and mixed signal fabless semiconductor company. Prior to Inphi, he launched and was President of the Broadband Division of Ascend Communications, an Internet access and broadband communication company, which was acquired by Lucent in 2000 for $20 billion in the largest acquisition of its kind to that time. Mr. Dhawan holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur, and an M.S.E.E. from the University of Washington. |

Michael S. McCorquodale, Ph. D.Dr. Michael S. McCorquodale is the CTO and founder of Mobius Microsystems. Mobius’ enabling technology is based on his dissertation work in self-referenced CMOS oscillators. He has published articles in over 20 refereed journals and conference proceedings, and he holds inventorship on over 20 issued and pending U.S. patents including foreign counterparts thereof. Dr. McCorquodale earned a B.S.E. with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.S.E. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, all in electrical engineering.

Sam R. NakibMr. Nakib has 30 years' experience in the semiconductor industry in marketing and sales, business development and general management. He currently serves as the President and CEO of T-RAM Semiconductor. Before that, he was President and CEO of Berkäna Wireless when Qualcomm acquired it. Mr. Nakib also served as S enior Vice President of Business Development and Tactical Marketing at Cypress Semiconductor, and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at IC Works when it was acquired by Cypress. He was with Texas Instruments for 18 years in senior international sales and management positions. Mr. Nakib holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Hayward.

Arvind PurushothamMr. Purushotham started his career as a chip designer working on low power versions of the Pentium Processor® in the Mobile Group at Intel Corporation. Later he became the Program Manager of the Mobile Pentium II® Processor effort and contributed to several successful product launches. His professional career includes brief stints as an investment banking intern at Robertson Stephens and as an associate at the Summit Accelerator Fund. Mr. Purushotham is a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.), Case Western Reserve University (M.S. in Electrical Engineering) and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering).

Richard RedelfsMr. Redelfs has 20+ years in networking and communications, with a combination of start-up entrepreneurial as well as large company intrapreneurial experience. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Atheros Communications (NASDAQ: ATHR) which he joined when it was a start-up with 21 engineers and an office manager. He built the company into the leading provider of Wi-Fi wireless semiconductors and "Silicon Valley's Fastest Growing Private Company" as determined by the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal and PricewaterhouseCoopers for the 2001 to 2003 period. In 2003 Rich received Frost & Sullivan's prestigious "Wireless LAN CEO of the Year" award. Prior to Atheros, Mr. Redelfs was Vice President and General Manager of 3Com's Wireless and Home Connectivity Division, where he was a pioneer in home networking. He spent more than ten years at 3Com in various sales, marketing, and general management positions including Vice P resident of Marketing and later acting General Manager for the Mobile Communications Division, which he helped grow from $35-million to over $700-million in revenue. Other positions at 3Com included Director of Americas Hub Marketing, National Reseller Sales Manager, and National OEM Sales Manager. Prior to 3Com, Rich was Chief Operating O fficer of Polygon, a communications software start-up. Mr. Redelfs began his professional career with TeleVideo Systems, an early leader in personal computers and networking, where he held various marketing and sales management positions. |

Mark Albert, SecretaryMr. Albert’s practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies and established private and public companies, primarily in the information technology, hardware, energy, mobile, entertainment, bio-tech and Internet industries. Mr. Albert also represents venture capital funds and investment banks. He has been involved in: 100+ venture financings raising in excess of $1 billion; $8+ billion of merger/acquisition transactions representing both publicly traded and privately held companies: numerous debt and equity public offerings, and dozens of complex restructurings and spin-off transactions. He also regularly counsels clients on general corporate and securities issues, business strategies, fundraising and team building.
